The Soul Medical Clinic was established by Dr Milton Sales in 2010 and provides weekly medical care, prescriptions, and referrals to Soul guests. The clinic also covers the costs of prescription medications for guests who might not have otherwise been able to afford them. (CHP) is a web-based portal providing clinical management information (pathways) for use by Primary Care providers during patient consultations. The pathways are jointly developed by local General Practitioners and Specialists, which greatly enhances the delivery and integration of patient care through locally agreed processes and referral information into hospital clinics, community health services, allied health, and a range of other health service providers. By using this information, Primary Care clinicians are equipped to make informed decisions about patient treatment, providing them with the right care, in the right place at the right time.
Hospital HealthPathways (HHP) provides secondary care clinicians with access to a suite of locally agreed pathways of care within a hospital environment. HHP is written primarily for junior doctors, senior doctors working outside their specialty, and doctors working in non-specialty areas, such as emergency or general medicine. HHP supports patient flow, including early discharge to the community.
